After being steamed sticky rice must go through process to release unwanted moisture and heat and prevent the rice from becoming soggy.
This specialized task which I’d performed for years with standard wooden spatulas needed a specialized set of tools.

Soft curves that fit in the hand and short handles for better control and intimacy with
the task.Flat edge spatula for scraping surface, rounded spatula for cleaning opposing spatula.
Simple form made from wood that draw inspiration from traditional Thai art and bamboo sticky rice baskets.
